I recently updated to this new shell app. i have the old one and didnt know they have updated it. When i signed in and inputted my mobile #, i did not get any otp. I already maxed out the number of times you can request for an otp. Points from shell service was not credited since i cant sign in with my account. I still got the discount since im a regular at the shop but no rewards points credited.

I was charged on full amount despite choosing for Budi95! I double checked the toggle and it was turn on before I filled my gas. So disappointed. I like this App and has been using this App for a while. But I'm so disappointed as this happened. If it's not ready, then should not advertise them yet. Who's going to refund my money?

I was automatically signed out. When I tried to log in, I needed to use OTP but OTP was not provided. So, I tried again for almost 5 times until I was suspended to log in. thus, I have not availed any fuel discounts through the app. bad customer service for the app.
