Excellent app, easy to use, super convenient. Used at a hotel to do my laundry and wasn't aware of this app until I read it on the amenities sheet in my room. There is no clear sign up feature so when you enter your email in the sign in page it takes you through the steps. The hotel we stayed at didn't have this app service for detergent or dryer sheets which would have been nice but for the machines themselves they were super easy to use.

Reliable app. I haven't experienced any crashes or problems reloading. My only suggestion is having the ability to add extra time to the machine without having to pay for an entirely new cycle. Maybe a pop-up with the ability to add more time (45 min with 15 min increments) and it charges you accordingly

If that option is enabled on the machine, the machine owner should be able to add it to the app. We suggest reaching out to your building/laundromat's management. Steals money, no refunds on error. Maybe 10% of the time the machine doesn't start. Or sometimes I forget that whereas the app paid 2.50$ for a powerwash, the machine needed 2.75$ and there's no way to reset the mode or pay that 0.25$ -- so I have to again pay for another machine. Someone should start a class action lawsuit
