The app shows the sign up screen first and then sign in must be tapped to enter my email and password. It should be the other way around (sign in first and then sign up) I want to go right to the app to sign in. Also I have used other apps like this before, and that app would tell me if the machine was done so I would not have to time it myself. Other than those two issues, the app works well. I appreciate the fact there are no ads in the app.

Regarding notification, ShinePay should notify you when a cycle is done as long as app notifications are enabled. We’re glad the app has otherwise been working well. I'm having a lot of trouble getting this to work. After I scan a machine I'm faced with a spinning wheel and it doesn't load or do anything. would love some help but I am unable to find any customer service support online. I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, made sure location and Bluetooth are on.

zero stars!!!!! require deposit and will not refund if the app doesn't connect to the machines. stay away from this app!!! the "fund don't expire means they keep your money and all interest accrued. it should be set up to start the machine and then pay the amount. a deposit system is a scam to keep unused money. I will post this on every message board group and apartment complex using this app until they change their policies.

Hi Christopher, we understand your frustration, especially when the app doesn’t connect as expected. ShinePay credits remain available in the account and can still be used at any ShinePay location.
