Ratings and reviews

Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. There is something sketchy about their system in the customer service, as they will assign a different agent every 3 days over the case! This is very terrible! They make sure to waste customer's time and drag the case longer in order to not resolve the case! I have switched to Lazada and TikTok shop.

I am on Android 6 device. Shopee App opens Ok. But when I click Shipping, the 3 orange dots followed by a blank page stays Forever. It seems the App cannot support Pop-Up. Please verify on Older Android phone before you release App, because you said support Android 5 above. Lazada App is more Stable than yours historically, on older phone at least.

There are more and more restrictions lately! Free shipping also requires a lot of threshold to get it. There are coupons, but they are not used and they are told all day long that they cannot be redeemed. Playing with words? Deceive customers into placing orders? Deceive customers to spend time choosing items? Hope it can be improved.
