Ratings and reviews

The app is getting better and better. I would say I prefer Shopee in 8 of 10 times over other platforms. Hope to see further progress. A few technical things I would like to be fixed is: - Sometimes when I'm trying to manage my cart the app can slow down quite noticeable. - Website keep signing me out and it's super annoying. And it won't let me login with my phone number, only qr code.

During flash sales or when attempting to pre-order items, an 'Item Detect' warning appears. This warning instructs me to 'buy on time,' but it delays the purchase process, causing me to miss out on the items before they sell out. Despite reporting this issue repeatedly over a long period, it has not been resolved. The call center provided an unhelpful response and appeared to have been instructed by higher management to give the same inadequate answer. As a result, I am left with no choice but t

It's too much step for log in. Forced to send the link to verify the location. Can't support sending the link via whoscall apps. Chat bots don't have issues with solving problems about account and security. When I have been sent a related doc for verify, they asked me to do the same loop again and again. Brush!
