Unfortunately I'm going to delete this app as the pricing is misleading, every time I try order an item the price increases at checkout, an item That costs 155 baht suddenly increases to 240 baht at checkout without an explanation, and that's excluding delivery charge, that's misleading, unfortunately they've lost a customer, I prefer an honest app that has clear pricing.

The worst shopping app ever. Annoying ads. 3 out of 4 of my items were canceled due to the shipper failing to send on time. I wasn't even given the option to wait longer, nor even notified via SMS or email. Then rather than being able to refund back to a credit card, Shopee insists on knowing my bank account number which is none of their business. Then their system doesn't recognize the name as entered in the app which matches the bank account. Bottom line after 1 month they have kept my money.

Absolutely useless app and even worse delivery service (SPX). The driver called me, but hung up immediately while I was trying to clarify the address. He then lied to the system and marked it as 'Incorrect Address.' I've wasted 5 days waiting for this order, only for Shopee to tell me they can't resend it and I have to re-order. This is a complete waste of time and money. I will NEVER use this app or its service ever again. Avoid at all costs!
