their system fails so they charge you a late fee which greatly impacts your credit score. they are charging me a late fee because their system failed to take the money out of my account I log in and I'm restricted from being allowed to pay it because apparently I haven't purchased anything. on the weekend I logged in I could only pay the next payment which meant two in one week. the payments also do not come out the day they say. this all this because I had to cancel a bank card &Iaddednewcard

The app updated & the option to pay the upcoming payment has disappeared. They'll also say the payment has failed & charge you $6 each time they do so. Even though there's money in the account & nothing showing in statements to show that they tried. 0/10 NOT recommended. Not user friendly when looking for help. If for whatever reason they can't take your money, very aggressive man will call you demanding you identify yourself & will refuse to tell you who he is, or where he's calling from & why!

Be very careful with this. There has been some massive changes to the APP resulting in bugs that will end up costing you a lot more. Payments will often fail several times over, you may or may not get notified about it but it won't matter how many times you make a payment it will fail, you will then have late fees taken out of your account (which don't fail, ironically). After that you will be sent to collections. Any communication is automated. Be wary. Emailing them gets no response.

Hi Joy. I understand your frustration however as per our terms should a payment fail, a late fee is applied. The failure of a payment isnt related to any issue you may be having with the app however.
