I like the app but I only did quest one and I've been in pain for two days now. I can't even lay in bed without feeling the pain, Let alone roll around. It would be absolutely better if there was an update where they rated your pain on a scale of 1-10 and then treated your pain for that number. I know that will take a while because of research but please make that the update.
Actually my eng is not well i hope u understand my questions then i want say i m fat below the waist then that exercises help? to low the fat of my legs?? Because of that i m always think what should do? If do this exercises its help? And how many times its take and the need of some special diet?? If u understand soo plzzz help me 😣😣
Amazing one for those aspiring to stay fit with easy instructions and timer... Except one thing that the timer s beep sound which rings 5 secs prior to the end of the set time has to be added in "Breast workout" app and increase the volume of timer as well.
I went to find my BMI when i first download the app. I have been a tiny person since the day i was born. I'm 23, and I weigh 90 pounds at 5'2" . I put my information in and got the response "anorexia; weight gain recommended" thats absolutely dispicable and whoever created this app should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Im uninstalling and telling everyone how this app will body shame you.
Awsome app even tho its free . I've only been doing the "wake up" mode and it is great and a daily challenge. Right after i first used it my legs were so sore by the end of my first day . yes i do recommend this app.
A lot of the workouts provided are simple enough to do at home or even on your lunch break at work. This helps me stay motivated and reach my goals!
