The 50 pull-up training course is a program through which you can dynamically develop your strength and musculature. This is your personal pull-up trainer.

This app is visually appealing. However, it does not work for those at a high level because it is asking you to improve/evolve at a unrealistic pace. For example, on a Monday, the app asked me to do 38 pull-ups in total for the workout. Note that this was my current limit. Two workouts later, by Friday, the app was asking me to do 45 pull-ups in total. Yes you can tone down the number of reps you do in a set, but I hate having to do do that, especially during a intense workout.

Seems good, very simple app but gets the job done. I don't like how it starts you on the half pull-ups, I didn't want to do those. Been using it for a few days so after a few weeks I'll update my review.
