Good progressive training plan, includes a useful warmup sequence and rest day timer. After one program, I progressed from 23 to 35 pushups. However I could not do the plan specified for my initial pushup ability. I had to start one step lower (11-20). Also, after end -of-program assessment, it should assign rest days before the next cycle.
It's good I like it It's very simple and easy to use which is nice. I like how I can track my progress. But one thing that I think should be added is an alarm for when you should do it because my phone just vibrates and I don't always check it but with an alarm I would. Just saying it would be better but I'm glad something so easy to use is out there
I've tested quite a lot of apps. I love this one for its perfectly fit to my physical abilities. Rest time allow me enough time to build the muscles for the next step. I couldn't find the same app (with such progresiveness) for other part of my body. Can you suggest me some of that kind? Thanks.
Great app for training. Warmup is a thing I haven't seen in other apps, but it helps a lot
Great workout. I'm not great at doing warm ups so the stretching is an awesome feature. Do you have a similar app for stengthening legs for running? (Including warm up and warm down? )
I have been using app for 2 days seems good, no bugs, and I feel like I'm getting a work out, I appreciate the inclusion of stretching.
