It's a good program, biggest flaw is the reminders aren't 2 days until the next workout, it's 48 hours. So there has been times when I was motivated and did push-ups at 5am. 48 hours later I got alerts at 5am even though I went to sleep at 2am. Kinda sucked. You can go into settings and change the reminder EVERY time you workout, which is cumbersome. My other fitness apps will simply remind you that it's your workout day say 8am, then you can snooze, etc. I actually deletd notifications for this app and use Outlook calendar instead.
Objective of app is very clear. Get You to workout if you are new or lazy. Warm Up part is very good, often missed by many fitness apps. Provides good motivation too. I hope it will work for lazy guy like me.
I managed to start it only once. It crashes the moment I run it.
Wouldn't even start. I'm bummed. ☹️☹️
Stuck on day 5 and does not advance after several workouts.
