Silent Mode Checker watches the WiFi you are connected to and switches your ringer for you.

Tag a WiFi network as Work and your phone goes to vibrate the moment you connect to it — no ringtone, but the call popup still appears so you never miss anything important. Tag it as Home (or leave it untagged) and your ringer comes back to whatever volume you had it on before. Walk out of WiFi range and your phone returns to its previous ring level automatically.

No more "sorry, my phone was on silent" after lunch.

• Restarts itself after a reboot (if you have the auto-ringer feature enabled)

PRIVACY
• Reads only the name (SSID) of the WiFi you are connected to
• Location permission is requested only because Android requires it for SSID reads — the app does not use GPS, never reads coordinates, never tracks or transmits anything
• No internet permission. No analytics. No ads. No accounts. Your data never leaves your device.

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 13 (API 33) or higher
• Location permission set to "Precise" and "While using the app"
• System Location services turned on
• Do Not Disturb access granted (one-tap dialog the first time you open the app)
