hi. there is no warning that says the buss will go half hour sooner then there schedule. I got ticket for 9 am and be on the location at 8:45 am but the bus already gone at 8:30 what the hell? if you can't manage schedule don't sell tickets. and you have option to change language to English in app but you still have to see the Bahasa Indonesia ( English not working)and all the customer service pretends that don't know English and it's your fault that you miss the buss. ( no English)

Very poor app, really dissapointing. I registered new account, and when it asked for verification number that sent to me by email, the verification number given always result in error. In addition, verification number is combination of alphabet and number, but the keypad display for inputing number is number only. How can I input the correct verification number???

Facilities and cleanliness are satisfactory, but procedures for returning mistakenly exchanged luggage need improvement. The system for handling lost items should be clearer, faster, and more accountable. Staff ethics and communication skills also need improvement, as professional service is measured by attitude and communication. A company like DAMRI should have strict recruitment and training to ensure proper communication and politeness, as it greatly affects customer trust.
