Simple Habit is the beginning of my day, everyday. The lessons are structured in a way that I can easily find exactly what I am needing in the moment. There are series of lessons with the same subject matter that allow for greater intentional connectivity and growth. I particularly appreciate the "on the go" section which allows me the option to select a short session for a specific moment in time. I highly recommend this tool!

Lots of wonderful free, beginner meditations. I find myself often listening to two 5 min. mediations back-to-back after work. I might upgrade to the Premium service if I continue using this app consistently for another two months. Couple issues: It usually takes a few minutes to load the Series page, which isn't great when I want to use this app right before going to sleep. Also, if I don't click Continue, I don't think the session is always acknowledged. But otherwise, well done, Simple Habit!

Great app that makes a huge impact. I love the easy layout of this app. It allows you to find exactly the right meditation for whatever you are feeling or going through at that moment. There are tons of useful sessions and series that are available on the free option if you can't afford to subscribe to their unlimited version. Seriously can not recommend this app enough, it is such a huge part of my emotional self care routine, and I can notice a huge difference in my attitude when I miss a day.
