I also have still not received a reply to my question that I sent almost a week ago : Do the ones that are marked free (After Work, Morning, Taking a Break and one more) stay free? Or do you have to pay for those too after a few days?
Never really given much thought to meditation but this is amazingly helpful in my daily routine...
I really like the meditations. They are short, which helps me maintain the habit of meditating daily. There are 2 issues though. One is mentioned by other users too, every time I open another app, I have to restart simple habit in order to use it again. The other issue is that it doesn't count the days I've been meditating (it stays on 1 day streak), it would motivate me even more if that would work. Other than that, great app!
The application is easy to use and the short mindfulness exercises are well adjusted to the daily life. I really like it.The only critic I have is the price per month. Given the fact that there are other free apps or with smaller prices, this app is quite expensive for its purpose.
Great guided mediations, I'm considering getting the paid version but there are plenty of free options so I feel like they give me a real chance to try it. Also, I love that most are 5-10 minutes, it is hard to make excuses not to spend 5 minutes each day. The most realistic habit building app I've tried!
