Ratings and reviews

There are issues on many parts of this app. Often It forgets what is in your basket and then there are issues with your location and finding stock at local stores...then there are often issues checking out, where the page opens an android error screen. It's random. Some days you can check out, sometimes it doesn't work again for a week. Very frustrating. I go to other online stores/options or am forced to drive 30 minutes to my closest store, only to find that the stock numbers are wrong.

Usually a fairly good app. Has issues when trying to favorite items frequently. Also, in the search box if you don't know the exact name or wording of something, it won't bring up similar items and sometimes will only show totally what you're not looking for instead. And today, every time I try to look at an item the app closes altogether. Very frustrating 😕

I used to love this app, just like I love Canadian Tire, but it's getting worse and worse over the last 6 to 8 months. I tried contacting Canadian Tire about it thru email, but that was in the winter, it's now June and no one got back to me! Tsk tsk. Keeps taking sooo long to load, and just now I tried to use the Activate all offers feature, but I hit the button several times with no results.
