This app has improved a lot & it is a good app. I use it mainly for ordering meds and managing appointments, for myself & dependents. I notice, however, that ordering meds under, say SGH, is different from NHCS, the latter being more troublesome & still better to call or email the pharmacy. I have also previously used the function to register for Q number via the app but I did not find it useful; plus, the number of patients before me was also not very "accurate".

Alway have a problem to register with the appointment. Sometimes will send a link for me to register and Sometimes not. I just reset my phone, but then now I can't register for my appointment anymore, so may I know who am I supposed to contact? Hopefully, someone can assist me, thank you.

Why does it behave like a dumb bureaucratic app. If I am asking for an appt date change, then its for Me. So why ask for my particulars all over again. Its better to call hotline instead of filling up particulars. Seem the app's intent is to save Singhealth's time, not the patient. Like filling up a two page form when you've only asked for a date change. If I am a caregiver and applying for an appt date change, then that is a different track known upfront.

Thank you for your feedback. The online Appointment Request form is not linked to the hospital's system. Therefore, it is necessary for the relevant information to be furnished to the respective Call Centre. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
