Ratings and reviews

Many times am not able to login with singpass. It does not refresh the login status after clearing singpass. Even the appointment creation is also not worling properly. Documents cannot be uploaded after multiple tries and at times the image option is not even responding. Pls if you encourage ppl to.go digital, pls ensure yr app is tested for all conditions and working. It is not worth even 1 star. You get 1 star simply because this needs to be posted

Poor non-intuitive UI. Downloaded invoices are not found anywhere - no clear or intuitive location where file is downloaded (why isn't the file placed in the Downloads folder anyway? why try and locate it elsewhere and make it a nightmare to find?)

Useless app. The app show inaccurate queue number when using in the changi hospital. The number of patient in front of me can suddenly increased from 3 to 6 while I was waiting in queue. Ask the counter staff nurse. Even the nurse also said the app is not accurate. WHAT ??
