After downloading the bill, it will appear in the E-services folder. When i tap on the filename, it cannot be opened because the file is corrupted. I repeated the download a few times and the result is the same (file is corrupted). The registration for my appointment before reaching the clinic to get a queue number is awesome. Update: at the end of the day, I realised the files were automatically downloaded into my Document folder in my Android phone. From here, I could open the files.

Thank you for your feedback. For the downloaded invoice, can you try to open the pdf file using the phone folder (My Files) and look under Documents folder. You should be able to view the file. Please complete form sg if you need hardcopy of the invoice https://for.sg/shsbill

The way it crashes makes me worried if the app is compromised by malware. Also, it does not navigate seamlessly and just doesn't allow user to logout. Makes me wonder if someone has hijacked my login sessions 13 Feb 2024 App crashes. When reactivated, it freezes.

14 Feb 2024: Just downloaded the latest update. The Singpass sign in loop remains. After so long, the app is still not fixed. Why don't your IT just roll it back to the working status before the disastrous update? 31 Jan 2024: After recent update, cannot log in at all on 27 Jan while waiting at SGH. Kept asking me to log in with Singpass again and again in an endless loop. Had sent a detailed email to the support email contact. So frustrating.
