About this app

With the Mooney app you can pay bills, fines and bills, car and motorbike tax, top up your mobile phone or that of other people. You can conveniently pay for Public Administration services with pagoPA, search for our points of sale closest to you, digitize receipts for payments made at the point of sale and manage your Mooney or VR46 prepaid card.

PAY THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION WITH PAGOPA
Forget about long queues! You can pay for public administration notices with the pagoPA logo by scanning the QR Code or manually entering the data. Straight from your couch!

CLICK AND PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
The Mooney app allows you to pay for affiliated services directly with your smartphone's camera using your mobile phone by scanning one of the two codes on the bills. You can also pay from the app by manually entering the required data. Paying bills (such as electricity, gas and more), fines and postal bills becomes faster and easier.

PAY CAR AND MOTORCYCLE TAX
With the Mooney app you can pay car and motorbike tax by entering your vehicle's license plate number. Just one tap!

FAST PHONE RECHARGE
Top up your mobile phone online directly from the app or generate the QR Code to show to the merchant to complete the top-up at the point of sale.

TOP UP PREPAID CARDS WITH T-RECHARGE
With Mooney you have tons of features just one app away. Thanks to the T-Ricarica service you can top up the main prepaid cards with Italian IBAN in real time. T-Ricarica is really convenient: generate the code on the app, save it on your phone and show it at the Mooney store closest to you to complete the operation. Top up your prepaid cards in a few moments both with cash and with credit or debit cards.

DIGITIZE RECEIPTS
Scan the QR Code found on the paper payment receipt and archive it digitally in complete security. You will be able to view it in the payment archive and in the statistics and thus monitor the progress of your expenses.

STORE LOCATOR
Find the Mooney store closest to you by entering a specific address or the service you are interested in.

RECEIPTS AND SPENDING STATISTICS
The Mooney app records each of your transactions: view the payment details from your payment receipts and monitor the expenses made for each category (for example water, electricity, gas, fines) in the "Statistics" section. For an even more complete view, digitize the receipts of your transactions carried out in the Mooney store, they will be automatically integrated into the "Statistics" area.

Ratings and reviews

I rated this app 2 instead of 5 because the customer service is not up to the task. My wife transferred money from her account to me on 19th of July 2023 and her account was rightly debited but up till this moment the funds has not been credited to my account. I wrote a review 8th February this year and I was contacted by Mooney Spa asking me to send a private message to the official Facebook page which I did. Up till now the issue has not been resolved despite sending all requested documents.

Hello! I have a problem! I bought a ticket of Google play worth 35 euro from a local tabaccheria. The tickets is launched from your company "Mooney". How do I know who used it because when I try to add in my account it says pin redeemed? Thanks in advance!

I rate it just one star because it hasn't been working for long time .. I updated it more than once without success.. I will stop using Mooney.
