Said I wasnt a good fit and to get again later. Not realizing it had already made an account. went through it again and I ca. even set up the account without and ID. Seemed sktech and did not continue with the set up. please do not send request to any account with this name on it. I do not mean to ignore the requests. I cannot see them and cannot respond. I apologize it its wasted your time.

Charges money for any little thing like "taking too long to respond", which it was charging me for every 5mins. I work part time (5hr shifts) so this app charging for not responding quickly is a major deal breaker. The app also cuts off messages so you're not able to read the whole thing. We opted to use a chat app to finish speaking and the app charged me $50 despite having a horrible system. As a sitter, I absolutely cannot provide my services to a platform that makes it predatory.

App did not disclose the fees until the end of the process, and I couldn't find any information about the fees ahead of time. then when I attempted to delete the information I had given them, the app kept glitching out. keep in mind, you're told of these fees after being requested to give them a payment card information.... major red flag.
