Awesome app So detailed wish I didn't have to pay to get the full workout but the ones for free is by far great it helps me loads love that it reminds me each day to workout
Love this! This app is seriously amazing! It connects to my S Health app to record so I can stay on track. It tells me when I'm falling behind in working out, the programs are amazing and you definitely feel them during and after. I even got my boyfriend who works out in his gym to do this and he loves it too! Time to actually go do a workout now haha 😊
I absolutely loved this app until this morning I opened up my offline workouts and it is empty. Told me I need to download some which I had at least a dozen different routines that are all gone now!
Helpful I like to workout but I'm no fitness junkie. I don't have a gym membership and my schedule is chaotic at best. This app comes in handy. I can find a workout from 3 min to 30 min depending upon how much time I have. Then if I'm bold enough I can start a program. Love this app. And it keeps track of my progress!!!
Great app to get fit with This links to S Health so I don't have to enter things twice and has a great range of programmes and workouts to get a couch potato like me moving! Unlike other apps it covers a wide range of activities so you can have everything in one place. The yoga programmes could be smoother -the countdown style doesn't really suit this activity and the workouts don't have much flow
Great app! Love it. It helps to change up the routine whenever you're out of ideas.
