Great App I enjoy using this App for the variety of HIIT workouts and programs (I have the Pro version). It has helped me lose weight and stay motivated. Some of the etrainers are cheesy, but I'm focused on the workout, so it doesn't distract me or make me not want to use this great App.
Love it! You can filter work outs many ways. Intensity, time, part of body, equipment or not, etc. Free version offers a ton! Finally went pro+ for the programs. And it's cheaper than Netflix so, seriously that's not bad when considering it's for your health not just entertainment. I like the push notifications to remind me and how scheduling workouts automatically is added to phone calender - It would be nice if you were able to edit the time of day of a program tho, but not a big deal. Still love this app :)
Keeps improving I got this app a long time ago and although I don't use it as much as I should every time I come back it the is something new. I really like how they have improved free potions and give free trials of the pro version. If I can keep using it consistently I would gladly purchase the pro version. Until then the free version suffices. Keep up the good work.
Very Pleased! (Updated 6/16) I love being able to look like an idiot in the privacy of my own home as I attempt a variety of workouts! Thank you! The monthly subscription costs less than a membership and the same as 1 super cheap day pass at my rec center! *update: 6/16/16* this is still my favorite app. I love being able to set up categories for favorite workouts. Now I don't forget to do warm-ups and cool downs as often.
Messy Badly organized structure of app. Also how to switch off or change scheduled program, huh? I want to change day and time. Also NOT for beginners, obvs fit people who make these kinds of app have no clue HOW to start from zero fitness/recovery. hello thank you for replying. i would like to clarify my points if i may 1. It would still be useful to users to be able to change programme time. what i meant was that after i selected 11 o clock, not realizing this was a 12hr clock. it is fixed at 11pm and i do not want woken up in the night to work out. 2. casual is not beginner. casual is #easy for fit people. hint there is a huge gap in the market for a 'fitness' programme which bridges the great chasm between physiotherapies gentle range of movement recovery and the 'casual' level of active workout . example push ups are included as casual yes. no, i literally spent 10 minutes making my chest and shoulders sore and did not manage to lift my self by my arms at all. nb this is not a heaviness issue, i'm 45kg.
This app is really very good. I've asked my whole football team to download the app and now everyone uses this. There are a few things which can be improved. 1. When anyone downloads the app for the first time they are always confused what to do. Where to go and find workouts. Etc. So a basic usage of app should be shown while installation. 2. The team feature is very slow and is not at all useful. 3. Friends feature can be more smooth. It's very difficult to understand. 4. We should be able to share the workout link directly outside the app like share it on whatsapp or Facebook. Not the app link. I'm talking about the workout link. Anyway the app is great. Hope to see all these features implemented.
