This App has been awesome for my recovery! I have always struggled with meditation and prayer, just because I never remember. This App helps you track meditation, prayer meetings and much more. That has vastly improved my prayer and meditation life, among others things, because it keeps me in contact with other people in recovery they help hold me accountable. When I dont remember to do it or have not been in the App for a few days I hear from a fellow person in recovery!

no other recovery groups have really appealed to me. the people and the spirit and the way my life link works is a real breath of fresh air. i always reccomend this app to everyone i know in recovery
