I slept well last night. But I think something is wrong with this app. When it works, it works well. But every 5-8 nights, it just doesn't work. I've done all I can to make sure the phone is all prepped (battery saver off, app permission to run in the background, charging on the nightstand, all other apps closed, Bluetooth on.) but it turned off again while I was sleeping. Any ideas what more I can do to get this to work consistently?

Unreliable. Sometimes saves your sleep data and sometimes doesn't. My phone did its part and I had no issue with the bluetooth or the recording process, but once I hit stop the session only saved 1/3 times. I was still on the hook for a 40$ per night copay (plus an "admin fee") from the med office who uses this app for their home sleep studies. So wrong. Doesn't seem like an app a legit medical office should be using for reliable data and medical diagnoses.

As a former tech developer & designer I beg providers to quit using this garbage tech ring! 6 nights it told me how long I slept in the app; wouldn't sync once. Syncs only when you click "stop" in the morning. Despite doing exactly as instructed by the device; no battery saver, no other Bluetooth, no other apps open I still couldn't get this device to sync. 1 chance to sync = huge tech design flaw! My provider has to retest w other device. Waste of time and money to us all! Heed bad reviews!
