05/31/24 getting worse! Player fails 100% of time. Minimized viewport is more difficult to park out of the way 04/07/24 Android 14. 02/25/24 Suddenly this app is no longer viable for playing back recorded content or streaming live content. Error 4000. Don't bother callling support. Also, the video player no longer keeps running when you switch from small screen to full screen. Major steps backward!!😡

Since the most recent update, this app is almost useless. When trying to go into my DVR, it won't show all my new recordings. It also has old recordings showing up that I've deleted from the hopper itself. When trying to watch anything, it buffers forever even when I have a strong wifi connection. When watching something, it will close down for no apparent reason. I'd really love to have a full functional app, please.

New updates for this app are terrible! There are more glitches and runs much slower. The ability to fast forward and rewind barely work on recorded programs and seems to have been completely removed from live programing. The app also often crashes or has to constantly reconnect even with excellent wi-fi connection. I never thought I would say this, but I want my old version back. I am thankful that I still have the TV version that actually works correctly.
