I am experiencing some difficulties with the application. My payment does not appear to have been registered, and I was required to purchase additional data after several hours. Ultimately, the payment was processed after a duplicate transaction, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, I have found the customer service to be unsatisfactory.😨😠👎👎👎👎

have been using it since 2017 or so, good promo with good price, but from 2019, the signals go low and sometimes be lost for weeks, after asking for the solution in application, weeks later the signal starts to appear again, but months later the signal loss happens again, then asking to fix it again. it happened in some months in a year. in 2023 or so when the signals problem happened again, i started asking to fix it and make it better for the signal in my place, but still it's in lower state

Sorry, This app does not make justice to the high quality of service of the operator. It is one of the worst support applications... Ever. It is slow, unable to display straight away current status info without refresh, the back button is often not working, the screen full with promo popups and "win games" just confusing the user and hiding important screen info and promotions behind obsolete-looking colorful popups... To point out only a few.
