I am experiencing some difficulties with the application. My payment does not appear to have been registered, and I was required to purchase additional data after several hours. Ultimately, the payment was processed after a duplicate transaction, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, I have found the customer service to be unsatisfactory.😨😠👎👎👎👎

Please add dark mode option. Or at least force dark mode with MIUI/hyperOS work. The latest app with force dark mode didn't work. But it is far better, if the app provide option to choose which is light, dark or follow system. Add: The latest version seems doesn't include with the widget Please add info whether the current or active plan is auto renewal or not. Thanks! 👍🏻

I have been using Smartfren for quite some time, but the signal is still unstable, and when I open the Smartfren app, it is very slow. Regardless of whether the weather is good or bad, the network remains unstable and often suddenly loses connection.
