I experience a lot of lag. When my data package runs out, my account is always logged out and I have to log back in. This makes it very difficult for users who want to top up their data package via the application.

Hey MySmartfren, why my quota disappeared all of sudden? I bought a quota 30 GB for 56.5k. Out of nowhere my quota suddenly became 0/nothing without any announcements. Is it joke or some errors that happened in apps? Moreover, the quota is for 28 days activation and less than week/now, my quota is gone. Please is there any solution to my problem? Thank you

• of all other apps - this is the most unoptimized, full of lags & long loading, unnecessary animated gui on a lot of things. learn a thing or two from shopee or grab app, or anything, really. • edit: dont need your 'heartfelt' bot response to my review. seriously, more action & realization, less barks. • also, atleast learn from *888# , still works. simpler & better.
