Disappointing, its just a diary. Thought it might at least make recommendations on how to categorize the negatives and/or offer alternative ways to look at the thought, but it just gives you a generic example for each category. Your left to your own understanding and trying to figure out how to categorize and reverse. Might as well just make a word doc or a diary where you answer 4 questions...

This is advertised as a thought diary as most of these CBT apps are, and most neither make recommendations nor offer alternatives when making entries. To get the best out of the app read the help or click on question marks to learn how CBT works and then apply what you've learned to make useful, relevant entries. A word document can't do that.

Excellent app! Very useful, free, and have only non-intrusive ads. Suggestion: an "Event" field could be added so I can log what triggered the thought and perhaps a "Feeling" field too to record what emotions I had about it.

Truly an amazing app. Gives all what's needed and it's free to. It gives good explanations about the distortions and relevant examples too. Must have for people who want to live free of stress. Thanks a ton to developers. God bless you.
