When I call about a particular situation, I can get an answer quickly and they are so helpful . It means a lot to have someone help on technical issues as well. I don't want to offend anyone, but a younger person I approached about a technical issue, I felt, wasn't as thoughtful on the older generation NOT raised on computers. This employee stayed with me till the problem was solved, and I was grateful. Just saying maybe inform some people some of us older ones have some issues with technology!

Im an old country boy who's technology illiterate!! I get a savings notice but can't get the checking notices when the money is taken.Since the update date months back. So I've been hacked xxx an since I dont get notices unless they see fit to see a text sus cash app trans. going on in which case I block card. I can't if I dont know though!!

Old app was way better. Snappier. Not buggy. New app won't keep remembering fingerprint login with two accounts. Old one had no problems. It's an old saying" If it isn't broke....". They just couldn't leave it alone.
