Ratings and reviews

Similar to another review, I got a new phone and tried logging in on the app. It asked me to name my device for multi-factor authentication. I did that and then clicked "proceed" but nothing happened. It does not let me log in. Their new app is buggy and doesn't let you log in anymore.

Broken. Whenever I log in, it prompts me to register my device but the "proceed" button does nothing, blocking you out of doing anything. Accepting location tracking and all the other prompts except logging in and 2FA are broken too. I first tried to use this app months ago and gave up. I was hoping the latest update would have made it functional but it did not.

*edit* Knocked off a star due to new mobile deposit update. The auto-capture is awful. This app is lovely. I like the UI, it's easy to navigate, and I haven't experienced any bugs. However, the one thing keeping my review from five stars is the transfer memos. They finally added the option to add a memo on mobile but only letters and numbers! Why? In browser I can use characters, which I need for my notes. Why not on mobile? Still useless to me.
