Wings Mobile allows Wings Credit Union members to check account balances, view transaction history, make deposits, transfer funds, pay bills and apply for loans on the go!

-View current account balances and transaction history
-Deposit checks using the camera on your device
-Transfer money between accounts

Wings Mobile is only available to Wings Credit Union members currently enrolled on CU Online. Get started by downloading and launching the app. Then log on using your existing CU Online Wings ID and password. Visit for further details.

The app generally does what I want it to do. My main improvements would be: 1- Allow renaming and reorganizing of accounts. I would like my highest usage accounts to show up first instead of having to scroll every time. 2- Provide more detail for transactions, especially checks. 3- Less sensitive fingerprint log in. It seems like it rejects my fingerprints far more often than the software on my phone.

Everytime I tried to pay my cc and it gives me an error saying Server error /Mobile application. When it works its great, but this happens a lot. I have an samsung S21 for reference. It's frustrating when I'm trying to pay bills on time and this happens. I hope it's just me and this gets resolved quickly. Just to note. I do have the latest version installed. Plus, connectivity/wifi. Thanks for the prompt follow-up too.

Hello Joanna, I'm sorry to hear about this. My best recommendation is making sure you're on the newest version of our app and also on a strong cell/wifi connection. I will be sure to share your feedback and hope we can make improvements in this area, too.

Not enough information on each account transaction. Transactions do not go back far enough either. My other bank's apps are way more detailed in each account transactions and things you are able to track, and look up by search. This is way worse than the app you had a year and a half ago! It gives no transaction information. I hate this app and assume everyone else does too. I hope saves the company a lot of money because it it is absolutely worthless. I have bee with the company

Hello Daniel, thank you for this feedback and I'm sorry the app isn't as useful as you need it to be. You should be able to load as many transactions as you'd like but you do have to click a "See more" button to see older transactions. We do have some future updates planned for our app and hope they can meet some of the needs you've suggested.
