*edit* Knocked off a star due to new mobile deposit update. The auto-capture is awful. This app is lovely. I like the UI, it's easy to navigate, and I haven't experienced any bugs. However, the one thing keeping my review from five stars is the transfer memos. They finally added the option to add a memo on mobile but only letters and numbers! Why? In browser I can use characters, which I need for my notes. Why not on mobile? Still useless to me.

Wow, after that condescending response, I'm seriously considering changing banks! I like Wings, but in the 16 years I've had an account, their phone customer support has always been useless. Also their "free ATM" map has never been correct and calling customer support... See above. "Submit check" button doesn't say "submit check" until after you touch it. Plus, I haven't been able to get it to accept a check deposit for at least a year. And I do this kind of image stuff for a living!

Thank you for this feedback and review. We've tested mobile deposit on similar Android 16 devices without trouble. We have a video on our website with tips, but if those don't help we recommend trying on another device (if possible) and making sure the check design isn't abnormal. Some check designs are difficult for our app to recognize.

The Wings Financial Mobile application is simple and easy to use. I appreciate how resourceful it is; if there is anything you cannot access on the app, there is likely information on the app about how to find it. The application sometimes does not allow me to log in for periods of 2-5 days, though, which is inconvenient when I'm trying to make a timely payment.
