This app doesn't work reliably. VERY FRUSTRATING! MY Previous hearing aid worked great. All I needed was the Bluetooth settings. I could connect to both my phone and tablet reliably with no issues. Now that I have a pair, I can only connect using this app -- Bluetooth settings can't work. But the app fails most of the time. I REALLY hate it! They should allow one to use Bluetooth settings from the device. I paid over twice as much for a pair aids that don't work BECAUSE of this app!

This application is so effective that sometimes I don't even have to use it at immediate attention, because it will find powered-on hearing device itself, automatically turning on the control functions and Bluetooth pairing. My only question is why sometimes, does it instead of auto on and auto seek, rather not connect at all, like it will just show a loading circle at the top left where the hearing aid icon-logo goes, as if unable to find or pair? other than that, I love it!

The app mostly does what it says but you will not be able to stream sound, such as music or phone. I spent hours trying to just listen to music because everytime you try to pair them in music or phone apps (they are paired in the hearing app already) it says an application is required for that. Frustrating! I solved it by removing the app and pairing the aids the regular way through bluetooth settings. All works fine after that with all my apps. I won't be reinstalling this app.
