Soothfy is an ADHD planner and mental health app built for people whose brains work differently. If anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or panic attacks make daily life harder than it needs to be, you are in the right place.

The feature our users come back to every day is Instant Relief. When anxiety spikes, when ADHD makes focusing impossible, or when a panic attack starts, you open Soothfy and work through four steps. Pick your condition, choose the exact symptom from thirty five options, describe what is happening right now, and get 
three CBT activities built for that exact situation with a two minute timer. Not something generic. Something designed for the moment you are in. You track whether it worked, so over time Soothfy learns what actually helps you and what to skip.

Your daily ADHD planner rebuilds every cycle. The AI takes your condition, mood, energy level, and time of day into account before generating a fresh twenty day plan. Every plan includes CBT exercises, focus timers, executive function tasks, habit stacking, behavioral activation, and journaling sessions. Nothing repeats, 
and because the planner understands that ADHD brains do not perform consistently, it adjusts rather than punishing you for the hard days.

I’m on day five of the 30-day anxiety program, and while it’s still too early to tell if there’s any major improvement, I’m really enjoying the process. I’ve tried other mental health apps before, but I like how Soothfy combines different techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, and even CBT. The design is simple and not too cluttered, which I appreciate. I also like how the activities don’t take up too much time—I can easily fit them into my busy schedule.

I’ve been using Soothfy for a few weeks now, and it has made a real difference in how I manage stress. The guided meditations in soothfy are amazing. I have been searching for an app that has a mix of calming sounds, cbt, routines and this one has it all.
