I’m on day five of the 30-day anxiety program, and while it’s still too early to tell if there’s any major improvement, I’m really enjoying the process. I’ve tried other mental health apps before, but I like how Soothfy combines different techniques like meditation, breathing exercises, and even CBT. The design is simple and not too cluttered, which I appreciate. I also like how the activities don’t take up too much time—I can easily fit them into my busy schedule.

The guided meditations in soothfy are amazing. I have been searching for an app that has a mix of calming sounds, cbt, routines and this one has it all.
