Ratings and reviews

I feel like give 0, but there is not such rating here. This app is not having any proper data and this app is not for user convenient. They will show the same doctor in two branches with same times and after request they will call saying the doctor was available in another branch not what you selected. Even if you request for escalation the support teams simply says the app has wrong data and there is no any escalation as they called me to inform the doctor was unavailable in anothe branch.

Great experience working with this app. opens up without a snag and the interface is user friendly. everything is available - doctor name, consultation details , prescription on a single click. thank you to my organization as well for selecting this platform for poviding healthcare services to their employess

Useless reimbursement process. Looks like these guys can't read bills and then try to get around reimbursing the full amount by citing baseless rules out of nowhere. Never recommend this to anyone. Waste of my time and energy trying to convince these people to read a bill properly.
