Very disappointing experience. After booking the dentist service through company benefits and uploading a valid prescription, the process is extremely slow. Appointment scheduling completely depends on their call, with no clear timeline or transparency. Even after lab test confirmation, the status remains “order creation pending” for a long time. Additionally, there is no language support other than English, which makes communication difficult for many users.

Extremely Disappointing Service. ​I’ve encountered critical issues while syncing data—a foundational failure. ​I immediately contacted customer care for a resolution. That was four days ago. Since then, I have received absolutely no update, status report, or communication whatsoever regarding this critical technical ticket. ​This is an unacceptable and deeply frustrating level of service. The complete lack of timely response on a core technical flaw is alarming. I cannot recommend this service.

My payment experience had some hurdles due to network problems, which led to a longer processing time. Though it was frustrating in the moment, the customer support team stayed with me throughout the process. I later understood the technical challenges weren't their fault. Ultimately, CnH delivered excellent service and support, which is what matters most. Great company
