​"Extremely disappointed with the consistent lack of reliability." I have used this service multiple times, and unfortunately, it has been a "pathetic" experience nearly every time. Whether it is booking lab tests or scheduling appointments, there are constant delays. To make matters worse, I’ve encountered several payment-related issues that are a headache to resolve. As a consumer, I expect a basic level of efficiency that is currently missing. I would not recommend this provider if you value

Very pathetic service the reports are delayed and on top of that they are saying there has been some discrepancy and then they stopped responding even after repeated message. I would suggest never book with these frauds even it if it is for free or company sponsored, if you love your and money. If there was negative star option I would have given it. I wonder how it is still even running it's shop after providing such a pathetic service for years.

Disappointed. Many features in the app are not working. For example - I try to upload prescription , it shows upload prescription option,but when I click it gets back to previous window and stucked in the loop. Similarly download prescription option is also not working.
