Ratings and reviews

The in-person lab test booking was postponed multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Even after the sample was collected, the platform takes up to 48 hours to share the report. The diagnostic center had the report ready immediately after the test, but Connect & Health mandates that reports can only be shared through their platform, resulting in an unnecessary delay. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

What a pathetic app experience! The lab test booking and medicine delivery services are among the worst I have used. The customer care service is extremely disappointing. Calls take a very long time to connect, and even after waiting for a long time, they often get disconnected without any resolution. Most medicines are unavailable, making the medicine delivery service unreliable. For lab tests, every lab simply says they cannot provide the requested test due to "policy,". Bad experience.

chat with us- is pathetic. you message at 9am, they respond at 9pm and within a minute they ask "are we connected". they expect us to stare at whatsapp all the time for their response as though we don't have any other work. after that there is no response again for day or so. the reports will be available only after multiple followups with the customer care. once you utilise the lab test package benefits, you cannot see what are the tests included.
