Ratings and reviews

The customer care team does a very good job. The corporate annual health packages are alright. But the reimbursement team is clearly the worst! The reimbursement policies are not mentioned clearly in FAQs, there's no transparency. They find all silly reasons to reject the claims. I have applied for reimbursements, but they rejected them all with incorrect reasons sometimes. If you don't want to give this benefit, why add it unnecessarily, it's such a waste of time applying for it !!

limited options for opd and that too hospital even don't know the appointment exists and I have to waste my time calling cnh support and go through all those nonsense. we order here not to going through of all the hassle but again we need go through if you made booking from the app instead calling the hospital and book is faster and reliable.

I have not received reports for Influenza panel tests done on 25th Jan. The average turn around time is 24-48 hours and it has already been 5 days. When you want to book something through them, they are very proactive in following up through calls and notifications. But when it comes to delivery of reports, they are awfully lethargic. I should have gone with a direct diagnostic lab rather than relying on an aggregator such as CNH.
