Keeps crashing...at first I thought it was the Soundbok itself or Bluetooth, or battery, turns out it's the app. The app would crash and speaker would turn off. I checked... battery, the speaker. Both are fine. When I connect speaker without using the app. I have no problem music plays for hours at one bar on battery. Please fix your app. I really enjoy listening it in bass mode. 1/07/23

Terrible app. Crashes. Doesn't open. Absolutely hates when you pair up multiple soundboks' via bluetooth. All other reviews, by people taking the time to voice the same issues get the same response, that it must be user error when it is CLEARLY the APP. Could you just fix it instead of thinking the user didn't check the battery? Or blaming very basic problems that you're not going to fix because the sale's been made and that's all that matters? Write the code that doesn't suck, Please.

The app keeps disconnecting and forgetting the speaker despite Bluetooth still being connected and streaming to the speaker. Everytime I want to make a volume adjustment on my phone, I have to open the app, fully exit out of it again to restart, then scan for my soundboks, even if the Bluetooth connection hasn't changed since the app was last used. At least the sound modes are saved to the speaker itself upon selection, so that's not an issue, but still, it's annoying to deal with for volume :/

Hey David, Very sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app connection. If you have any other devices connected to your phone like an Apple watch or smart device, they use the same Bluetooth light connection that the app uses.
