App was working fine yesterday, although it's always a little rough to start up and connect. As of today, I can't even open the app. it crashes every. single. time. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference. I don't think the problem is on my end at this point, so some app maintenance would be much appreciated, because now I've lost access to the EQ, which makes it more difficult to enjoy my speaker indoors. great product, wish the app reflected the same amount of care and passion

Keeps crashing...at first I thought it was the Soundbok itself or Bluetooth, or battery, turns out it's the app. The app would crash and speaker would turn off. I checked... battery, the speaker. Both are fine. When I connect speaker without using the app. I have no problem music plays for hours at one bar on battery. Please fix your app. I really enjoy listening it in bass mode. 1/07/23

Terrible app. Crashes. Doesn't open. Absolutely hates when you pair up multiple soundboks' via bluetooth. All other reviews, by people taking the time to voice the same issues get the same response, that it must be user error when it is CLEARLY the APP. Could you just fix it instead of thinking the user didn't check the battery? Or blaming very basic problems that you're not going to fix because the sale's been made and that's all that matters? Write the code that doesn't suck, Please.
