at random decides to force password login after months/years of biometric logins causing a lot of frustration as you then have to reset the password and then it can't be any of the passwords you used in the last few years even if the only reason you had to change it was because of this one stupid issue

I was having technical issues and unable to access the app for the longest time, but when I contacted support they were able to go through to IT and solve my problem.

This bank app is the easiest. I love the new feature of being able to look at my balances without going into the account. Watching my credit score was a nice added benefit, too! Sound Community Bank is the best.
