This is one of the worst apps! It never works with android devices. On Apple devices it is extremely slow to load. When you finally get access, the layout isn't appealing and is somewhat confusing. Absolutely user unfriendly. With so much technology out there, this app is completely outdated.

As. The app is currently not working. It hasn't worked for me for about 3 to 4 days. When it does work, it takes forever to open after entering credentials,its slow once you do access the app. Not being able to access my account number is an issue unless on the actual website and functions that are now customary online banking apps simply don't exist here. I.e: being able to free my card or dispute transactions. This is is lacking and that's putting it mildly.

Horrible. Nearly impossible to login as the saved username and password fields get inverted every time you try to use stored credentials. This is a problem on both my husband and my phones
