One of the worst banking apps I've ever used. Made me switch all my money back to navy federal due to lack of UI and ease of accessing my funds and transferring money. Very outdated, needs multiple updates including a fresh look and a built in chat option for customer service/support. Like everything at Southwest, this app is slow & outdated, but has potential for growth and improvements.

As. The app is currently not working. It hasn't worked for me for about 3 to 4 days. When it does work, it takes forever to open after entering credentials,its slow once you do access the app. Not being able to access my account number is an issue unless on the actual website and functions that are now customary online banking apps simply don't exist here. I.e: being able to free my card or dispute transactions. This is is lacking and that's putting it mildly.

Horrible App that very, very rarely works. You know your app is terrible so why not find someone competent to fix it instead of responding to negative reviews with a message to "call us." Calling you defeats the purpose of having a quick, convenient means to do banking. I went to a shared branch to deposit a check since the app wouldn't work again, and your shared branching system was down also. I'm seriously reconsidering my banking choice.
