Getting started is simple:
- Sign up to create your free account
- Take a quick assessment: Answer a handful of questions so that we can tailor your care to you. Our clinically-validated wellness assessment personalizes your care, addressing your immediate needs and long-term goals.
- Get a personalized care plan: Once you complete your assessment, you’ll get a care plan that is made for your immediate needs. We’ll also match you with a Care Navigator (a licensed clinician), who can help set up appointments, answer your questions, and guide your care.
- Explore your care: Book a session, or just explore the app. If you’re hesitant about taking the first step or have any questions, check in with your dedicated Care Navigator – that’s what they are there for. If you’re feeling like some quick support right away, try Moments, our collection of guided exercises.

How much does Spring Health cost?
Spring Health is no additional cost to you. Depending on your benefit, your dependents may also have access to the benefit at no additional cost. Costs for therapy and medication management may be subject to costs associated with your health plan.

Ratings and reviews

Everytime I open the app (within 3 days) it wanted me to fill in a survey as though I had never setup an account or logged in before. I tried filling it in again to see if I could get to my account, but it prompted me to find a therapist and did not have my information about an upcoming appointment. I don't want to have to start over every time I open it. This app feels useless since it doesn't remember me from my login, but I had hoped to use my phone for appointments.

Francisco was very professional. He was a great listener and gave me sound feedback. Definitely will be speaking with him again.

App crashed and wouldn't load for my first appointment. I sat in queue for 44 minutes trying to get help, missed my appointment. No point in using an app that won't let you actually work with someone to get the help you need. 12/11/23 I emailed several times last night with still no response from you. It looks like the dev team is fast to respond, but support is not.
