What’s New with the SSS Mobile App?

Check your SSS records, apply for salary loan, know the status of your benefit claim anytime, anywhere and do more with the new SSS Mobile App.

Now with an improved look and added features, this new version provides SSS members and employers with a more convenient way of transacting with SSS using their mobile device.



The following are the services avai​lable in the SSS Mobile App:

Members:
Generate/edit and inquire Payment Reference Number for contribution and pay online
View breakdown of contributions

View status of benefit claims and salary loan
Apply for salary loan
Submit maternity notification
Create My.SSS account (if not yet registered)

Know the address of SSS branches with their pinned locations on a map



Employers:

Inquire Payment Reference Number for contribution and loan
View membership information and update contact information

Inquire contribution, loan and benefit status

Ratings and reviews

Sickness Benefit Claim not available in the app and the option to submit Sickness Benefit on the website is not available too due to an error with your server. It keeps getting an error after pressing submit button. It won't push through. The app and the website needs improvement. 1 star for now.

The app is simple, however self-employed is not in the option when generating a PRN. Only ofw and voluntary contributions. Access to your account in the app is also limited like updating your status, phone#, membership type etc. I hope they will modify the app. Pls include self-employed in the options and allow us to easily make updates in our account. It would be much convenient and I would appreciate it.

Trying to change password, already sent password reset, but the password reset link when I click it, it's just loading and suddenly having error message: An error occured Unable to reload webpage Reload Tried to do it many times, but still the same thing happens.
