About this app

StackWise is the supplement tracker app from SuppSafety. It helps you organize your routine, plan when to take each supplement, add peptide or medication-context items to your personal plan, and keep track of your daily schedule.

Build your personal supplement plan with named phases, free-text doses, day-of-week schedules, and cycling. Then check items off each day. StackWise surfaces cautious, plain-English information: timing and food notes, commonly discussed interactions and spacing, procedure and surgery caution categories, labs that may be worth discussing with a clinician, and supplement forms and quality.

Peptides and GLP-1s are handled separately from supplements. StackWise lets you track peptide or medication-context items in your plan, but it does not provide peptide protocols, doses, injection instructions, or product recommendations.

Key features:
- Build a personal supplement plan with phases, doses, days, and cycling
- Add custom supplements, peptides, or medication-context items
- Search, filter, and sort a growing supplement library
- Browse peptide and GLP-1 profiles separately from supplements
- Simple and Research views on supplement pages
- Grouped caution prompts for your plan, plus a Stack Review
- Procedure review, labs to discuss, and a quality checklist
- In-app glossary of supplement forms and label terms
- Export or import your plan, and copy a list to bring to a clinician
- Honest source-review status; more items checked against reputable sources
- Local-first: your plan stays on your device, with optional sign-in for sync

StackWise is the companion app to SuppSafety, the research library and safety guide at suppsafety.com. Both are for informational and organizational purposes only.
