Barely passable. Crashes constantly, updates are either out of date or irrelevant, and when it does alert you of a late service it does so far too late. Recently made journey was an hour later than planned thanks to zero warning about a heavily delayed bus. Sometimes it blatantly lies and claims a bus is running when it's never existed, which has led to a few last minute change of plans. Only upside, even this broken clock is right twice a day and the layout is at least clear.

Very bad service and app, even drivers are not bother to stop the bus for a single passenger, app glitches all the time . For the money we pay for the service, it isn't worth it at all. Sometimes, it shows the bus, and there is no service even if you wait for hours. It is a nightmare for the passenger who use the service for their daily work/study route.

Tried planning a journey using my current location to my destination location using their postcodes. So far so good. Then I thought I'd see when buses came back. The app would only let me choose the same start and end point even though I REPEATEDLY tried to reverse the postcodes. As in, I typed in the start postcode, and the app immediately changed it to the first one I'd input, then when I typed in the destination it altered that immediately too. So that's a handy function.* *Sarcasm
