Ratings and reviews

Really terrible app. Keeps showing me error messages that I, as a user, can't do anything about. Besides that, the app has 0 relevant information, just a map with the stores. I would rate it a 0 if that was an option

Keep getting error after error. Either "sign in unsuccessful" or "Error not authorized" (???). I keep getting notifications but I can't access them since the service keeps showing an error for some reason. I've no problem with the Stores, but the app leaves much to be desired.

I've had a Starbucks rewards account for years to which I have always been able to access through browsers. However, this app has never let me sign in. Every time I have tried, an error popped up.
