I haven't been able to fully utilize this service as I'm waiting for payday, but what I do have to say about it is the customer service is astounding! Very fast, very efficient and very friendly, it can sometimes feel like you're jusr having a conversation with a friend but you're also having your questions answered and your problems fixed. Customer service is by far the best in the business. I will update this review when I get to fully utilize the service after I get paid, but from what I've used thus far, it beats any bank.
Good app. Purchases show up instantly. Please modify the fingerprint login feature! At the moment, if I turn my pin code off, instead of asking for fingerprint automatically, my phone's passcode screen pop out and nothing else!
I'm opening a new account. Was I born today? No. I was born 600 'previous month' clicks on the date picker. And damned if I'm going to do that. So to counter another review, Monzo wins hands down because you can actually sign up to it as have many of my work colleagues. 4th attempt I could pick my date of birth. Having signed up, I intend to move over from Monzo.
The best bank ever! App is simple but has most of features one may need. It is very intuitive and user friendly. Iris scanner login is tremendous. If it only had cheque image processing and Google Pay integration before the physical card arrives it would be just awesome.
This app has revolutionised the way I bank day to day. Initially I wasn't convinced about switching to a mobile only bank due to misconceptions about security, but with fscs and FCA regulation I know my money is safe. Goals and scheduled payments are an amazing way to save, split bill is a brilliant feature when dining out with friends. It's the 21st century and it's about time we ditched legacy banking for a more intuitive experience. I love it!
Great App only concern is if I don't have access to my phone then I cannot transfer money via a website like any other bank this feature needs to be added for when your battery inevitably dies or you have lost/forgotten your phone.
