the Stasher address was incorrect. I had to go a couple doors down. The real stasher location was closed. The Support tab on the app states to call the Support phone line immediately if a location is closed. Problem is, the phone line gives a message stating the line is no longer in use. There is also no way to cancel a reservation from the app. I am out almost $30 for the reservation, plus the cost to be transported to and from the closed location, plus wasted about an hour of our vacation.

Used this for the first time on a recent trip to the UK and what a fantastic idea! We used it in London and Dover and it made traveling so much easier. We had hours of gap between arrival and check-in so this was the perfect solution. There are other services like this but this was the easiest to use and the least expensive. One other benefit: we had a mistaken reservation and they easily and painlessly refunded my money. Such good customer service! I'll use this one again.

I really enjoyed their service. The app is easy to use, directions to the storages are clear, and prices are fair. I even left my luggage for about 6 days, which made me worried that something would be missing, but when I picked up, everything was there. I also really appreciate how their pick-up/drop-off hours work as they're very flexible. I highly recommend it!
