I can't even pair the tags to the phones, so it's able to link. I just get a constant link failed error. I'm not going to be able to get my discount. The dongles were definitely easier because they plugged into the car. Then when you call their "tech support" they don't know how to fix the issues. This is HORRIBLE and an absolute joke. Looks like no more discount for me because this DOESN'T WORK!

I have only made 4 trips on this new Tag(as I don't drive a lot) and I have found it to be super critical(as I drive pretty cautious compared to some cars out there). Not to mention the fact that there is an area where the posted limit is 35mph and the app claims that it is 25mph and that I was going 37. Google maps shows a sign both directions as 35. I fund this unfair as I travel this route 10 times at least per week. Not sure how to prove this... but I don't want to get 'dinged' for speeding.

This app is trash. It keeps one starring me because of insufficient data to score even though everything is on and working. However, when it does score me half the time, I'm hit with a lower rating because of time of day, which I get off of work at 11 pm. Smoothness is always down even though I'm not hitting the brakes or the gas hard at all. Then, it will lower the score for the roads even though it's a straight shot on highway 5 for 8 minutes, which should not lower my score by any means.
