I can't even pair the tags to the phones, so it's able to link. I just get a constant link failed error. I'm not going to be able to get my discount. The dongles were definitely easier because they plugged into the car. Then when you call their "tech support" they don't know how to fix the issues. This is HORRIBLE and an absolute joke. Looks like no more discount for me because this DOESN'T WORK!

I have only made 4 trips on this new Tag(as I don't drive a lot) and I have found it to be super critical(as I drive pretty cautious compared to some cars out there). Not to mention the fact that there is an area where the posted limit is 35mph and the app claims that it is 25mph and that I was going 37. Google maps shows a sign both directions as 35. I fund this unfair as I travel this route 10 times at least per week. Not sure how to prove this... but I don't want to get 'dinged' for speeding.

It is ok. Sometimes it won't save a trip even though it said it was recording the trip when you parked at the end of it. A friend also can't pick up your phone and check something without it flagging you as distracted and you can't fight that. Also, marks speeding sometimes even when your not in that speed limit zone yet. Finally, marks you down for your routes even if avoiding busy roads and left turns. On the positive side, it does encourage you to drive safer since something is watching.
