This app is trash. It keeps one starring me because of insufficient data to score even though everything is on and working. However, when it does score me half the time, I'm hit with a lower rating because of time of day, which I get off of work at 11 pm. Smoothness is always down even though I'm not hitting the brakes or the gas hard at all. Then, it will lower the score for the roads even though it's a straight shot on highway 5 for 8 minutes, which should not lower my score by any means.

Because I don't drive as much these days I like the idea of reducing the cost of my insurance. The app should probably take some things into consideration, it's not practical to expect someone to utilize highways, when most everything they drive to is within a 10 mile radius.🙄 Also for safety purposes as well as unnecessary waste of data, most of us do not keep our Location turned on and the only thing I use Bluetooth for is this app.The constant reminder to turn them on after signing out is👎

Unfair and inconsistent rating. You are also marked as "speeding" on roads clearly showing a higher speed limit. Their "contact support" feature does nothing and I assume is there as a pat on the head to allow you to feel better. Though I am trying as hard as I can to improve my driving habits, the inconsistencies and errors are extremely perplexing.
