I had a bad experience with EnkoStay. I booked a room for 2 months where the building’s heating had been "disabled", but this was not disclosed. The room was so cold I became sick and needed medical treatment. I left for my health and I asked for a partial refund for the unused period, but EnkoStay said they couldn’t help unless the host agreed. (he didn't even replied to me atm) Even with evidence and medical notes, the platform didn't solve anything and my money didn't came back.

It is hard as a foreigner to pay overseas

Enkostay is absolutely lovely! Just as lovely as the staff here! :D With Hanyang University nearby, it's a great place to commute from as well.
