Edit 31/5: As of the latest update, the app will not load. It says "something went wrong" at the intro screen and it won't let me do anything. - - Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card. Very bad user interface, even worse system. Have to go elsewhere to pay to recharge, when the app should be able to it easily.

I can't use the app anymore. It constantly tells me service is down even though the homepage works, and then after I deleted and redownloaded the app, it says it's not connected to the internet even though I am. Now I can't subscribe to an Unlimited 12 hour package, nice.

i am trying to accept transfer of ownership request through the app and i followed all the steps till the verification on Nafath. the issue is that i received an error message (we are sorry for the inconvienence, we are going to fix it as soon as we can). i called the cs and they did nothing. what is going on!?! the transfer request is timed and i need to accept it before 9 pm.
