Stead takes the health decisions off your plate, one after another: what's off, what to eat, how to move, and getting the food to you. No signup. No streaks. No guilt.

START WITH WHAT'S OFF
Share your blood report, a PDF or a photo, and Stead reads it: what's off, in plain words, beside the normal range, and what could help. No report? Start with what's bothering you: tired all the time, a back that needs care, ordering in too much.

A PLAN BUILT AROUND IT
Your meals and workouts for the week, each one saying what it's for. Built around what you eat, where each meal comes from (home, office or delivery) and the time you have. Not quite right? Tell Stead what to change.

THE FOOD, ONE TAP AWAY
Stead is powered by Swiggy. Ordering in? Stead picks a whole meal from places near you, says what it's for, and fills your Swiggy cart, priced with the fees in. Cooking? Your week's Instamart basket comes from your meal plan. Check it, pay by UPI, cash or Swiggy Money, and follow the order on Today. Stead never orders anything without your tap.

A WORKOUT THAT FITS TODAY
Tell it your equipment, how long you've got and anything that's hurting, and get a session played set by set with your rest timed, or a whole training week.

A reminder when it's time to test again, and your next report read beside this one.

LOG WITHOUT TAPPING THROUGH MENUS
Type "two rotis, dal and rice", say it out loud, or snap your plate. Check it, and it's logged.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No account and no email wall. Your report stays on your phone, encrypted. It's read once, with your name taken out, and only what to work on is kept on Stead's side. Export everything or wipe it completely, any time, from Settings.

A NOTE ON HEALTH
Stead is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose. It says what a report shows and what could help; it never gives a medicine dose, never changes a medication and never claims food treats anything. A value that needs attention is marked in red. For anything medical, talk to a doctor.

What’s new

Stead now starts with your health report. Share a blood report, a PDF or a photo, and Stead tells you what's off in plain words and builds meals and workouts around it. Order the food on Swiggy, or get your week's Instamart basket in one tap. Also new: add an email to get everything back on a new phone, a Sunday look at what Stead learned, and reminders you can answer from the notification.
