This app is so glitchy. I have been doing store pickups lately and I have issues every single week trying to place my order. It freezes up, doesn't load correctly. If there are replacements for items in your cart you get an email showing the replacement, and it asks you to open the app to review the replacements and accept/deny. There is no place to do this in the app. Even clicking the link to review in the app brings you to a blank screen. Just very frustrating

Cannot get all of the digital coupons because it's filtered and cannot be changed. Stop and Shop's solution is for me to check the print ad, find coupons that aren't in the app, and tell the cashier at checkout which ones need to be rung up manually. Uninstalled, reinstall and all coupons are there until I login. And then they're filtered. What a waste - just apply the discounts and stop this idiocy. I understand that it's a common problem. On the bright side, there's a Shoprite nearby.

Changing my review from 2 to 1 star. The app either force-closes, makes you prove you're not a robot after every scan, the scanner won't work, items will appear double scanned in your cart, your the whole app will have a loading screen preventing you from even using it. Once I was finally able to transfer the order to an actual scanner, my order was audited and required rescanning most items. Total waste of time and effort. This will honestly keep me from shopping at Stop & Shop anymore.
