This app was a lifesaver when we had a 7hr gap between check out and our flight. I was able to find a convenient location to store our luggage at a known hotel chain and the process was pretty seamless. The app is easy to use and straight forward; after a few quick steps I was registered and had a storage reservation booked. I would definitely use this app/service again.

used the AIE store in nyc to store my luggage after the plane landed but before my hotel check-in. everything went well. luggage was not tampered with. the man who checked my stuff in and out did very little explaining. there was zero paperwork at the beginning NOR upon retrieving my bags. he just gave them back and went on to his next customer. I had to ask if I was finished. but yah, overall, no issues!

I used storeme as a last minute options to store my luggage so that I could explore DC before a flight. App install was super easy, I made a reservation in less than a minute, snapped a pic of my luggage, and spent the whole afternoon exploring. It was super easy & inexpensive, I highly recommend!
