Stretchly is a quiet break reminder for anyone who spends the day at a desk. Set an
interval for each kind of break — stand up and move, drink water, rest your eyes, check
your posture — and Stretchly rotates through them one at a time, so you get a single
nudge instead of a pile-up.
Every break opens a short guided card: one movement, a plain instruction and a countdown
ring. Mark it done, or skip it. That one tap is the only thing the statistics are built
from — the streak counter, the daily chart and the activity calendar all come from breaks
you actually took, never from sample data. A fresh install starts empty, and it stays
empty until you earn something to show.
Quiet hours keep the app silent overnight, and a one-tap Do Not Disturb covers meetings
and calls. There is no account and no sign-in: an anonymous ID generated on your device is
the only identity, and your settings, profile and break history stay in local storage. The
app works fully offline.

Stretchly is a reminder app. The exercises are general desk movements, not medical advice.
