The app is simple and effective. I've started hitting a plateau in some exercises, and adding every workout is definitely not the norm anymore. I'll see if the app helps keep me on track! My only suggestion, would be if the workout showed the overall time of each workout. As the weight goes up, I'm taking full rest periods. It would be nice to see a record of time rather than adding it in the notes.

Premium subscriber, happy to see the app improve overall. Great way to effortlessly monitor, analyze, and adjust workouts. It's certainly helped me make progress. Still no support for WearOS, however, which was very helpful in previous versions. I could leave my phone in my bag or on my desk and manage my reps/rests from my watch. Miss that.

I started using this a couple years ago and have had bad luck breaking bones and health issues(personal not related here) but it is a great program for building strength. My other thing I will add is that I had an issue within the app and emailed the support and it was fixed almost immediately with a personal response to me, so they are great in that aspect.
