1. I need to read reviews before I use a new app. That's on me. 2. When you buy tickets on Stub Hub, apparently the seller (an individual, not a company) is not required to deliver the tickets within any kind of reasonable timeframe. Some sellers don't send the tickets at all. This leaves you high and dry. I bought expensive tickets 5 months ago and 3 hours before the game they had not been delivered yet. We still had travel time and cost to get to the game = STRESS. Never again.

Criminals! When listing, they clearly state payout, sale price, and final cost including fees. However, if you check the listing on another device, it will be higher! After further price reductions, the listing disappeared but I had one "Pending" sale. Had to call as their AI chat bot ran into a wall. and an Indian call center game me the work around for 20 minutes before finally saying the listing was removed! another 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying totransfer the ticket to sell, awful company

I had the worst experience ever as a first time (and LAST TIME) customer. You said I could re-sell if I didn't need tickets. When I tried to re-sell I was unable because I was not an approved seller and can't be approved on the weekend. Fooled me once, shame on you. There won't be a second time, that's for sure. In addition, your software sucks on a chromebook. Chat to customer service would not close. Your customer service kept insisting there was a re-sell button (under the chat window), not.
