I recently ordered few items and where as I returned many of my items but I was received less refund and charged aed 74 more for the items I have kept..I contacted the team through WhatsApp and they keep saying their finance team will get back but nothing happens..again when I follow up they come back saying its refunded correctly and dont explain how the charges are charged. It was my 1st experience and it was very bad..I just lost my add 74..they dont even care..worst customer service

Return process is very difficult. It will take more than one week for pick up. Even after 15 days, my items are not picked up. Worst experience

I requested a return last month, it's accepted but no one has collected it. I tried contacting them by email several times, and they said they would contact and resolve, and until now, nothing been done.
