The app is fine (when I can actually use it), but very time I've tried to place an order lately, there's always an issue. Either I'm told "Something went wrong" after trying to log in, biometric log-in doesn't work, or my entire order gets wiped after trying to leave the app for a moment to message someone just to confirm an order. It's infuriating how inconsistent this app is. Even when I can use it, there are very long delay times between pressing an option and anything actually happening.

Every time I use this app it makes me not want to order subway. The loading times between every single item selection is insane. The pop ups when I open the app are intrusive. I can't view a favorite without adding it, and for some reason all my favorites are "regular" rather than a sandwich type. Saving a card I haven't used in over a year as the default when I never saved that card as a default? Brilliant. Fire your app development team and start fresh

Buggy and broken. App down the entire weekend. Buggy and difficult to use. Needs a CANCEL button, becuase it misdirects your order to the wrong Subway location. The location search is pathetic, you have to scroll thru locatioins many miles away, before you get to the one 1-mile away. Would be easier to build a time machine, travel back ten years, and order from Quiznos. Oh for crying out loud!
