Ratings and reviews

Shocked you can't use your points to pay for an app order. To redeem your points you just get a QR code, forcing you to order in store. Terrible customer experience. 2 stars only for the experience when paying by card, which is reasonable; however, it's too easy to select the wrong store based on your current location. The app should force you to pick a store from a few suggestions, rather than defaulting to the closest.

One of the poorest loyalty apps I've yet encountered. Being able to use it is far too dependent on staff knowing what they're doing with the app often failing to scan and mumbling often not accepting the points, forcing one to pay without even getting a meal deal. You cannot use the points on advanced orders. Advanced orders are often not made when customers arrive on time. The customer needs much more control including a guarantee that points will be accepted before orders are made.

It can login maybe 1 out of 100 times. No matter what device you own, it just keeps failing to login. Even if you do, after a period of time it log you back out and you have to try again for millions times before it can work again. Felt like winning the lottery is easier than logging in
